What is included in the Earrings of the Month Club Subscription?
Every month you will receive 2 pairs of leather/faux leather earrings!  The one time purchase price is $24 but "Subscribe and Save" members will receive 10% off the regular price. Shipping is always included in the price of the club!
When can I see the styles for the upcoming box?
Styles will be released no later than the 15th of the previous month! You will have plenty of time to decide if you want to continue, skip, or cancel!
How do recurring payments work?
You will be billed for your first month immediately upon order.  If your first order is placed before or on the 5th of the month, you will receive the current month's box.  If your order is placed after the 5th of the month, your payment will be applied towards the next month's box (for example, orders placed on January 7th will be applied towards February's box and your 2nd payment will be on March 5th).
When will my order ship?
Earrings are handmade to order, so after your order is placed and paid for on the 5th of the month, we will have all boxes shipped by the 10th. You will receive tracking as soon as your box has shipped. Please contact us with any issues regarding shipping.
Why should I order?
Each pair will be an early release or exclusive design to members.  On top of that, you are getting a significant discount by signing up for the club!
What is your Return Policy?
We hope you will love your earrings every month, but in the event that you are not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns within the month and offer a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as the item is returned without damage.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely!  If you wish to skip a month or cancel your subscription, you may do so under your account management page.
I have cancelled my subscription, can I reactivate it?
Yes!! Under your account, you can reactivate your subscription at any time.
How do I manage my account?
When you sign up for our club, you will be prompted to create an account.  Once you have created an account, you will be able to manage your personal information, skip or cancel your membership, etc.  If you are having a hard time accessing your account, please email parkersplacedesigns@gmail.com for account recovery.
